Root & Rise by Nky — Shipping & Delivery

This policy applies to every Root & Rise by Nky order.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver within South Africa.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are packed and dispatched after payment is confirmed. Your order is delivered within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. During very busy periods or courier disruptions, delivery may take longer; if that happens, we will let you know by email.

Delivery fee
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Digital guides and trackers
Digital guides and trackers included with a kit are sent by email (and WhatsApp, if you choose) after your order is placed. If you have not received them within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Your delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and email address are correct at checkout. Root & Rise by Nky is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect details, a new delivery fee may apply.

When your parcel arrives
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, broken, leaking, missing or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. See our Refund Policy for full details.
