Refund policy

At Root & Rise by Nky, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you have an issue with your product, please contact us at info@rootrisenky.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene reasons, hair-care accessories, satin bonnets, pillowcases, scalp tools and personal-use items cannot be returned once opened, worn or used, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and confirm the next step.

For eligible returns that are not due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, Root & Rise by Nky will cover the return shipping cost.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the error was caused by us or the supplier.

Customers are responsible for checking product details, colour, size and delivery estimates before placing an order.
