Root & Rise by Nky currently fulfils selected starter kit items through first-batch and restock orders.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during busy periods or where supplier confirmation is required.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. Some products may take approximately 8–18 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method, supplier processing time and destination.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the product, destination and available shipping method. Any available shipping estimate will be shown before checkout where possible.

Multiple items
If your order contains products from different suppliers, items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address, phone number and email address at checkout. Root & Rise by Nky is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer details.

Customs and import fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
